2010 Conference
On May 14, 2010 The Peel Childbirth Educators' Network presented
a full day conference to over 60 childbirth educators, doulas,
nurses and others dedicated to healthy pregnancy and rewarding
childbirth experiences for women and their families.

- Connie Livingston BS RN LCCE CPCE CD(DONA) ECCE
IA-t
Connie has been an RN for 33 years and an LCCE for 29. She
has worked with expectant families in a variety of settings
in the US. Connie is charter Fellow of the American College
of Childbirth Educators, a certified aroma therapist and
has trademarked the name "Labour Whisperer". Connie is a
DONA certified doula, created the first hospital based doula
program in Dayton Ohio and has served as a DONA approved
doula trainer for 10 years.
- Lisa Keenan-Lindsay RN MN LCCE PNC(C)
Lisa is a Nursing Professor at Seneca College in Toronto.
She has worked in all areas of obstetrics and has taught
prenatal classes in the community for the past 15 years.
Lisa is a member of AWHONN Canada and has presented many
talks on teaching strategies and normal birth.
