What should I look for in a prenatal class?

  •   Where, when and how many classes are included? Look for a class that fits
      your lifestyle.
  •   Choose from a variety of classes including:

+ Basic + VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean)
+ Teen+ Sibling class
+ Breastfeeding+ Single parent
+ Twins Plus+ Refresher
+ Newcomers to Canada+ Dads-to-be


  •   What topics are covered?
  •   Do classes include information about options for birth?
  •   How much time is spent in discussion and practise of labour skills?
  •   Who will be teaching the class? What experience do they have?
  •   Size or type of the class ie. group or private.
  •   Cost of the class.
